Upon full payment, the client assumes ownership of the final deliverables unless specified otherwise. TeamOrbitBoss retains the right to use the completed project in our portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials.
TeamOrbitBoss shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, including loss of data, loss of profits, or interruptions to business operations.
